Service person was very nice and showed up within the scheduled appointment time. We asked them to come and look at our dishwasher because it stopped working. Service guy told us the part we need would be $300.00!!! They are only getting 3 star because of the price quote. A new dishwasher only costs a little more than $300 so I'm not sure how they manage to stay in business or who would be crazy enough to pay that when you could just go buy a new one. At least the service call was only $65.00. Not sure I would call them again......

I have had nothing but good experiences with Foust appliance. They have been professional and quick to solve my appliance problems. I will continue to use their services for my appliance and heating and cooling needs.

Well so for I have bought 2 refrigators each one last just over 90 days and of course they stop cooling................ everything went bad . The first time I went back the wife was there and I ask If I could get some type of a rebate and apply it to to next refreg. she said no , so I then went and bought another one I live in Florissant just a couple of blocks away I paid for delivery also with no discount, would you believe this refreg. stop working again............. My father also told me you get what you pay for and he was right bless his soul. Never again will I buy another in the price of the two I could have bought a brand new one... And that is what I am going to do for a standard 18 cf. refreg. is not price bad when they are on sale especilly aroun an holiday... i advise take your time and save up extra money and buy one that will work past 90 days... I have been buying my appliances from this store for about 10 years, and they have always taken very good care of me! Always so nice and courteous, as soon as i walk in the door someone aknowleges me, and by now most of them know me by name!! I very highly reccomend shopping for your appliance needs and calling them for any kind of appliance service!!! I have alway, and will continue to tell everyone i know, to go with Foust appliance!!! I AM A LETTER CARRIER WITH THE POSTAL SERVICE. I WALK IN THE HOT SUN EVERYDAY. MY AC IS NOT COOLING MY HOUSE, SO ON MY DAY OFF MON. 25 I CALL FOUST AT 9 AM AT THE 8310383 NO. TO SET UP AN APP.. THEY GIVE ME A WINDOW BETWEEN 5 - 7PM. I CALL AT 6:53PM TO CONFIRM. REC SAID THEY WOULD COME. NOW IT IS 9:13PM, I CALL BACK AND SHE SAYS HE WON'T COME. IF YOU GUYS KNEW YOU WERE OVERBOOK, JUST LET ME KNOW AND I WOULD HAVE KEPT FLIPPING THE PAGES OF THE PHONE BOOK AND I'M SURE I WOULD HAVE COLD AIR BY NOW. I AM LIVID. IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE A BASIC SERVICE, STOP ADVERTISING THAT YOU CAN IN THE PHONE BOOK. OR LET ME KNOW THAT YOU CAN'T COME BY A SIMPLE 2 SECOND PHONE CALL.
