As an owner/broker, I have 12 years of REO experience, and am also well versed in such fields including property management, cash-for-key and eviction processes, the curing of code violations, as well as construction administration services. I have received REO assets from various servicers including Penny Mac, Wells Fargo, Caliber Loans, Bank of America and Fannie Mae to manage and sell on their behalf.
