I had Mr. Brown come and do a complete exterior remodel on my family's 1927 farm house and he did an amazing job. The house was in extremely bad shape and falling apart. Mr. Brown came out and gave me a bid for the project for re-leveling, new siding, and a new metal roof. His bid was very fair and was extremely nice about everything. He was extremely flexible with meeting with us at any time and accommodated all of our additional changes we asked for as the work was being done. The final product was well beyond what we could ask for. The house looks amazing. He completed the job ahead of schedule. If at any time, we saw something that we didn't like or he may have missed, he would fix it right away without question. He is the type of contractor that will do additional work out of the scope of the signed contract just based off a good ol' fashioned handshake which I liked. His work is top notch, trustworthy, and dependable.
We contacted Mr Brown in late Feb about doing a remodel job for us he came out to our home took our blue prints and then we never heard from him again. Then in April I contacted him about returning our blue prints was told he'd call us back then at the end of April we contacted him again still no blue prints were returned to use we then contact again in May then in June was told he'd bring the blue prints to us. I contacted him again today June 19 he was short with me on the phone claimed his son would bring the blue prints to us also he stated he'd call me right back he has not called back, We called him in the beginning because he stated hes a Vet, well and and my husband are both disabled vets and those blue prints cost us a lot of money and he is really being dishonest by not returning our blue prints those prints cost over $1000.00 to have made
Mr. Brown is not about quantity, but he is all about quality. He does the job right the first time. His prices are affordable. I would recommend Mr. Brown to my friends and family.
