UPS WORST CARRIER EVER!!!! My MS medication was to be delivered today 4-22-2015. The driver refused to let my son sign for it. I called UPS and was told that I am the only person that could sign which is not true. I spoke with the Specialty Pharmacy that sends my Meds and they said anyone in my home can sign for it. Not the first time I have had a problem one driver left my Meds on the porch in 100% weather last summer and he signed my name like I had received it. $5000.00 worth of medicine that I couldn't take because of extreme heat exposure. Needless to say I have had nothing but bad service from UPS and will be switching carriers.

Package was delivered during daylight hours but left by the garage door. It rained during the night so the package was wet. I had to log on to this site to find that it had been 'left IN the garage' (untrue). BAD SERVICE - a few more step to the pack porch where I would have seen the package and, if I hadn't, it would have been protected from the rain storm.

Found our UPS Info Notice on neighbor's door when we stayed home all afternoon to get the delivery since this was the 2nd delivery. Hopefully tomorrow the driver looks at the proper apartment door - we will wait another day
