The staff is not professional they try but do not achieve this goal. The teachers are like revolving doors you never know who will be there. they show favor to some students more than others.

The owner of this training facility was not professional at all. I signed up for the CNA class. I paid full price for a text book and workbook, and was given a used book. When I approached the owner about the situation, she was rude. I never had any problems with my instructor and I made good grades. Anytime I had to deal with the office staff and the owner, I felt as if I was unwelcome. I was signed up to take other classes, but pulled out after the CNA class. I would rather go to a school where I feel as if I matter as a student. There are plenty of other great schools out there that have CNA classes, and they are cheaper! DON'T GIVE THIS PRIVATE OWNER ANY MORE MONEY!

A good facility. If the instructors would focus on teaching rather than discussing their personal lives, teaching time could be used mored effectively and students would get a better understanding of topics at hand.

This is a great training center. I would recommend this center to anyone that is thinking about a career in healthcare. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable.
