We also handle administrative law matters, such as Workers Compensation and Social Security, as well as appeals to the South Carolina Supreme Court, the South Carolina Court of Appeals, and the federal Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.We understand and encourage the resolution of disputes through negotiation and settlement ; however, we also zealously pursue our cases in court if an out-of-court resolution is not possible.
