Until recently, I have always loved the treatment and exam for years .Too mad and disappointed - My Appt was at 2:30 they called me at 2:37. I returned call at 2:40 & yes I was in route driving, informed 5 minutes away... They responded by saying they have worked someone esle in. So I asked do they take walk ins now ? She said not a walk ins but have worked someone in. She claimed after 15 minutes it's considered a canceled appt. Well at that time it still was not 15 min... I argued saying I know they are not turning around every 5-15 min customers ...

The eyecare team is nice, friendly, and professional. Dr. Russell was very thorough and knowlegeable during my eye examination. I got first class service and a nice pair of stylish glasses that didn't bankrupt me....

I lived in florence for 16 yrs now and I have been to two optemetrist one I will not name they make you feel like your in a factory and Russell Eyecare they have treated me with like they have known me all my life and they care about your overall well being. Being a Chron's person he search to find out if maybe that was causing some of my eye problem and it was I appreciated him taking the time to do that. They are a small office with Big services. Truly they are one of my jewels.
