Matt Brady came to McLeod's in Florence, SC and my husband charged $150.00 to his credit card so that I would have oxygen for the road trip back to Florida where I live. I came home on 01/13/2019. Matt said we could turn the 5 oxygen tanks in to Apria in Lakeland Florida. I've contacted Apria in Lakeland Florida and one in Orlando Florida. Both say that the have no account or paperwork for the tanks and will not pick them up. I only used one tank but was told they don't refund that it was the fee rather I used all of them or just one. I have tried contacting Matt Brady for 7 or 8 days now with no response. These tanks are $150.00 a month but I can't get any one to claim them as theirs or they don't have any paperwork in their office on the oxygen. Do not charge my husbands credit card again for something that I can't get Apria to take back. Matt shouldn't be territory manager if he can't do his job better than that.

I am using the Florence location just got my equipment to delivered today the man that delivered my equipment was respectable explain to me how to equipment work but when you call customer service you will be put on hold for 45 minutes to an hour maybe longer sometimes but when you finally do get to talk to somebody they answer your question.they do ask for you to put a credit card on file in case the equipment gets messed up by your doing or if you just steal it and run off with it then they could charge you for the equipment so far I have not seen any charges on my credit card but still need to keep a check on it because I have read some reviews where they do charge you but mind so far but I just got my equipment today and if anybody is using the Florence location like I am please let me know anything that I need to know so I can like try to find me somebody better if this company is not good because I have read some pretty bad reviews on will update in a couple months
