From the moment Nelson first talked with us about our project, I knew that I could have complete confidence in his work. It was a relatively small project involving replacing some wooden flooring in the kitchen with tile and installing hardwood flooring in the bedroom. The work was timely and on budget. He answered calls and e-mails promptly. His staff is professional, skillful and careful, and they were a pleasure to have around. When a minor problem developed with the floor product a couple of months later, Nelson and his crew took care of it very willingly. I would definitely hire this company for any future projects and would recommend Valley Home Improvement to anyone.
