The Florence Family Aquatic Center features a lazy river, competition pool and zero depth area. It maintains spray grounds, sunbathing areas, and spiral and speed slides. The center operates a bathhouse and concessions area, as well as shelters and family rest rooms. The Florence Family Aquatic Center conducts swimming and diving sessions. It provides various membership options for families, children, senior citizens, businesses and nonresidents. The center hosts birthday parties and holiday celebrations. The Florence Family Aquatic Center is a part of the Parks and Recreation Department, which is governed by The City of Florence in Kentucky. The city also maintains fire, public services, police, finance and administration departments.
