Elements Massage follow-up The other day I received a phone call from the owner of Elements Massage, Russ Campbell. He was very kind and apologized for the misfortune that transpired on February 27, 2015. . He will be addressing the issues with his employees to prevent future confusions between clients. I want to thank Russ for the financial reimbursement for the massage charges on February 27. I certainly hope that future clients will be treated with the upmost importance. When you go to a spa for pampering, it should begin at the door and continue until you leave the facility.

This was my first visit at the spa, when I called to set up the appointment they told me there was a 4:00 for a 60 minute massage. I asked if they had a 90 minute massage and was told if I head over to them now, they would have me do the paperwork after the massage so I could get 90 minutes.I arrived at 3:37, I signed my name at the bottom section of the form and was told I can fill the rest out later. I then waited about 3 minutes in the lobby. I was then taken back for my massage, there was no mention at that time of the massage being less than the 90 minute massage. When the massage was finished, I looked at the clock and noticed I only received the 60 minute massage and not the 90 minute. I questioned them about it and was told my appointment was at 3:30 and since I was late, I only received a 60 minute massage but I must pay for the 90 minutes. This makes zero sense, even if my appointment was at 3:30 I was there at 3:37, 7 minutes past.
