Provided by YP.comIn all fairness, I am writting this to offset the review I just read, which I believe to be unfair. Granted the pizza is not my first choice, but it is edible, I have never had the salad bar. This restraunt services the entire Northern Kentucky, Florence area so buyer beware, I have taken my grandkids several occasion and it has always been above par, friendly and helpful employees, editable entree's and a good time for all.
I will confess I have always gone at opening time and left before 2 pm, I have only been there once at night a saturday night for a bday party for a coworker child and the difference is astonishing. Crowded yes, but the number of unsupervised children running amok is the only reason there is not a 5 star rating. I know this is not the fault of the establishment, but when you have strange children coming up to your table in search of tokens, its hard to say the experience was all it could be.
The Bday party was sectioned off in the back so it was a pleasent meal/celebration, but rounding up the kids when it came time to leave was a chore for sure, I do beleive that more stores or an enlargement of this one on florence mall road maybe a possable solution for the overcrowding on nights, however who as evergone to a good restraunt on a weekend night at prime time and not waited 20 min for a table?
Overall, for a place to take the kids early in the day, to share a little play time and enjoy a light snack Chucky Cheese is the place to be.
