I seen the one star rating by Shantay and I had to respond because I knew her and lived across from "Shantay". She was nice, but.....let's just say that visiting her inside her unit was.... well....not going to ever happen! I warned her about the conditions she lived. We even talked about how she was going to ever clean her place up. One persons idea of clean is definitely different from another's. I'm just setting the record straight.

I am a corrections officer in Florence and I first moved into another apartment complex because they offered me incentives. BIG MISTAKE! I had nothing but trouble from the day I moved in. Other CO's told me about Bighorn Ranch Apartments and I am glad I eventually moved here! Bighorn Ranch Apartments has great prices, great neighbors and good management. Before you move into another place first ask the tenants. It will save you time, money and headaches!

Hello Everyone, Just wanted to give you all a quick heads up on Big Horn Apartments here in Florence, AZ! After three days if cleaning and repairing everything after we moved out we still weren't able to get our full amount of our deductible back. So, If you're staying in one of those hell holes I just wanted you to be aware that your deductable of $500 will not be coming back to you. They'll cheat you out of your money by saying they needed to repair the carpets that cost an average of $45 but charge $120 to repair. Than add on an additional $70 to clean. Also, you'll get charged for the blinds that were already falling apart before you moved in! So in closing I would like to say that if you're looking to get your deductible back from Big Horn Apartments after moving out than you're out of luck!
