Look elsewhere. This company will bleed you dry if you rent longer than a month or two. Forever raising rent ‘so we can provide you with top notch service given cost our increases‘. Yeah right. They paint units that don’t need painting then charge you for ‘needed upgrades to our facility.’ Constantly, 4 increases in one year, adding to their bottom line profit. They had a fire which began in a unit containing propane tanks, riding mower with gasoline in tank, kerosene heaters. Destroyed an entire row. Forget the insurance they say is ‘mandatory’ and added to your rent. Heard my neighbor who had a unit in the fire row say the self insured (hidden under a group name for multi operating storage cos) policy covered only about 5% of his loss Zander the fine print of the policy brochure you only receive after a fire states items not covered (which are all the items you a storage unit for) and discloses you MUST HAVE A SALES RECEIPT FOR even though replacement on the few items covered is pro-rated. It’s a catch 22 policy, thinly veiled profit driven ‘requirement’. You see the trickery and greed here? Do yourself, family, kids, esp. Santa Claus a favor and hide, store Christmas and things you have no room for temporarily elsewhere. And you can do that and save money and not feel like a chump when the first rent increase letter arrives.
