TOM BAKER AND JAY ELMORE ARE THE MANAGERS OF THIS REPAIR FACILITY AND AT 53 YEARS OLD I HAVE FOUND THE ONLY PEOPLE I WILL EVER DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN WHEN IT COMES TO CAR REPAIRS. JAY TOOK MY CAR FOR A TEST DRIVE AND WITHIN 15 MIN.S HE HAD DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM. TOM TOOK ME OUT TO THE SHOP AND WITH MY CAR ON A LIFT WALKED ME AROUND AND SHOWED ME WHAT WAS WRONG. ALTHOUGH I AM A WOMAN I AM NOT STUPID AND CAN LEARN AND TOM TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE WHOLE PROBLEM TO ME. HIS PRICE WAS RIGHT BETWEEN THE OTHER TWO ESTIMATES. TOM TREATED ME AND EVERY OTHER PERSON THAT CAME IN WHILE I WAITED WITH THE SAME RESPECT AND HONESTY THAT SEEMS TO BE BECOMING A THING OF THE PAST. TOM TOLD ME IT WOULD BE A 2 HOUR REPAIR THEN OFFERED TO TAKE ME HOME BUT I DECIDED TO WAIT IN THAT 2 HOUR TIME FRAME I WATCHED AND LISTENED TO TOM BAKER AND ALL I SAW WAS A TRULY HONEST PERSON THAT CARES ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS HAPPINESS EVERYTHING HE TOLD HIS CUSTOMERS HE'D DO HE DID I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO HAPPY
