Be careful if renting an apartment at the Lion's Den Apartments. We were told we would receive our deposit upon checking out of apt. We waited 50 days and only received a portion. We thoroughly cleaned when we left and had no damage to the walls however we were told $125.00 was deducted due to cleaning fees and new paint. We had pictures to prove we were telling the truth but Lion's Den has yet to respond to our e-mail or to pictures we provided. I feel they do this with everyone so be careful.
