Welcome to Millennium Abstract Corp We are a complete title insurance service provider, issuing policies through Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. Our offices are located in Floral Park, New York, and we conduct business primarily in the five counties of New York City, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester. Arrangements can be made to secure a policy almost anywhere if required. The staff at Millennium Abstract Corp offers a unique experience-based knowledge of all phases and types of Real Estate transactions including, but not limited to residential and commercial, purchasing, financing, foreclosures and settlements. This knowledge and experience sets us apart from the rest. We are geared towards providing complete customer service, are attentive to our clients' needs and requirements, share their sense of urgency, and make every effort to facilitate the transactions from application through closing and beyond. We work closely with highly qualified attorneys who handle foreclosure, mortgage discharge, partition, and other Real Property litigation proceedings and may be available as outside counsel should you require a referral.
