Micro Plastics has been an ISO 9001 registered company since September 1996. The company is one of the largest manufacturers of threaded nylon fasteners in the world. Micro Plastics was established by Roy Hill in the 1960s to fulfill the need for small, injection-molded plastic parts. Micro Plastics injection molding process incorporates technical and process control improvements to provide in-house part and tooling design, three-dimensional solid model generation, mold construction, rapid prototyping, color matching, insert molding, custom packaging and labeling, measuring and quantity analysis. The company also has a wide variety of materials available, such as nylon, acetal, polycarbonate, thermoplastic rubbers and polyesters, polyurethane, polyethylene and polypropylene.
