DO NOT RECOMMED .Woman who was managing the Co. while the owner was on vacation was more interested in being right than doing the right thing. When I decided to go with them I called more than once to clarify their services. I was told they would pick up ten trash bags per week or "the bin" and 5 trash bags. However when I put out the ten bags one week, they didn't pick them up and then the week afterwards I put out the bin and 5 trashbags. They told my caretaker they would only pick up the bin and 3 bags. When I called before Christmas I was talked over several times to make sure I understood no one at their company would have said that since she knew the rules and on and on. I asked to have the owner/her manager call me and I was told that they were off for Christmas. At the end of the call I did say I would just cancel the service meaning at a point in the future. I am hoping that when the owner gets back they will remember our conversations.

Worst company EVER... failed to pick up trash for two weeks, other people on our street went three weeks without a pick up. They have a bag full of excuses. Was told didn't have the trash out (lie) couldn't find your house (lie didn't try) Go to BBB Tyler and check the two complaints on there... it will tell you in detail how they treat their customers.
