JUST TOOK MY GRANDDAUGHTER THE 4TH TIME. LOVE IT! I DON'T KNOW what that other person was talking about, they spend as much time as it takes...patience galore with a 2 & 3 yr olds. you're complaining about a 30 minute wait time and picture quality RIDICULOUS! The quality is great, prices lower than most, as for the 30 minute wait...go get a cup of coffee! Some people just need something to complain about..Try Sears...then you will appreciate these people. I absolutely hated going to Portrait Innovations. The staff was stuffy, ignored us a great deal, and lied about portrait packages and then basically called me dumb because I must not have "read the fine print" I ended up spending $200 on 10 sheets and their "bonus extras" their pictures were low quality and I was ignored for over a half hour while I sat and waited for my pictures to be developed. I will NEVER go to Portrait Innovations or recommend them to anyone I know! Overall, they are high priced for low quality pictures.
