I had heard great things, but wasn't impressed...mediocre at best. It was edible, just lacking in seasoning.

A little hole in the wall, but clean, attractive and DELICIOUS food!! Awesome waitstaff, and homemade old fashioned recipes as well as new ones! Very creative. Visit if you get the chance. Oh, and their deserts are to die for!!

Since moving to Flint a year and a half ago, I have tried many restaurants, but by far the food at Pesto's is THE BEST. This is a true taste of Louisiana Cajun which I've had an opportunity to taste. I have not tasted food that makes your mouth want to dance in a lot of years. The prices are a bit high, but that's what you pay for quality. The staff are friendly and I tip my hat to the Chef. I have even recommended them to a food television show in Florida. I hope they get a chance to go. Sheri Carter
