We have been going here for years and I totally understand that its a USED TIRE place. If you want a new one, go to Bell Tire. Keep up the good work guys

Been coming here for years and now watching this place go down hill. Just had a tire put on, brought it back next day cause it was low, they said they fixed it and next day it was low. We played this game untill my 7 day waranty was up and then argued with me about it. Very rude and crappy service. I even tipped Mike who in return acted like a super jerk. Never again!

good service been coming here for over 20 years. sure its used tires but sam the owner always tries to make things right if something is wrong.sure they are not perfect but half the price of dscount tire.before sam owned it a man named dad owned it and he was nice too.they always employ the locals which i like and they take care of troubled young men nd give them a job where no one else would give them a shot. very good company.

I been coming here for a while never a prob.. they patched a tire about 3 years ago and still going on that tire!! You get what you pay for its used tires not new!! I would tell my friends to go here!! Mike

Don't use this place! Went there this morning as I needed a tire replaced. Paid for a good quality used tire to get me back on road. Less than 3 hours later the tire I just paid for is dead flat. Called them to let them know & would like my money back as I need to get another tire but am not close to them. They put me on hold forever and never got back on line & when we tried calling again they let it go to voicemail. This place has no customer service. I will never use again & tell all my friends to never go there either! Never got my money back! I would've even been okay with a credit for future service but they didn't even offer that. What a joke of a business!

You get what you pay for. Its 20 bucks for a tire and 2you more if you want them to dispose of your old tire. They were polite and I didnt have to wait all day. I understand its a used tire and its going to wear out accordingly. I plan on replacing it in the NEAR future and not 6 months down the road.

I bought four new tires to put on my G6 on Wednesday March 3rd. The tires which I purchased came off the truck that morning. I brought the tires to Brandon's Tire Service that afternoon. The man who put my tires on was having problems getting the tires back on the rims. He brought a tire out and said that the tire was messed up and that he did not do it, even though all the tires had nothing wrong with them when I brought them to be put on. Chunks were taken out of the tire where the rim and tire meet. The tire had to be replaced, they replaced my tire. I realized the next day that not only did they mess up my tire, but 3 out of 4 of my chrome rims had gashes out of them, all which were in a pattern on the each rims. I went up to complain and see what could be done. The owner, which you can hardly even understand the English he speaks told me he already replaced my tire, and that was all he could do for me. These two men treated me as if I was just a dumb girl. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!
