The Customer service and dental care at this place is awful!! They scheduled my son for a cleaning and never even cleaned his teeth or did an exam. They apologized and rescheduled him for an exam with a cleaning to follow and had rescheduled his times with out even telling us The office said they didn't know he was even getting a cleaning. I spoke to the office manager, who acts as if she has no idea what she is doing and all she had to say was "I'm sorry I was out of town last week". She didn't fix the issue. Horrible office. We will be changing dentists!
