The absolute worst!!! They lose script faxes, Respiritory Therapist delivered my CPAP machine on a Friday, you could tell it was Friday and he was already in 'weekend mode' and basically told me to read the manual and call cust service if I had any problem-they send whatever supplies they feel like, and when tell them its not what you want or need, THEN they require a script from your doctor. Average hold time when you call is 15 minutes. The medical supply business is TOO competitive for these folks to do business the way they do....

I called to get claims info and the number rang for over 4 minutes and then went to a busy signal. I dread when I do get someone one to help me.

The worse. Today at 1:57 PM I was called to verify the address for a delivery, when I asked the girl the ETA she said between 5 and 6 PM cause was coming from Miramar. Now is 8:20 PM and the delivery is MIA and the worse part is that 1 of the items is needed to go to bet. I have called several times and nobody answers the phone. WHAT A GOOD JOB.

this is a nightmare. They pass you from one person to another to answer a question. they put you on hold for over an hour to ask a question about billing. The home health services they provided were poor at best. they did not show when they were scheduled and they did not have the supplies for wound care. I had to go out to the pharmacy to get dressings and tape so that the nurse could change my husband's dressing.

One of the worst experiences of my life is dealing with these people at Univita. They are not helpful, they lie when cornered with the truth and do everything they can to make sure you do not get the equipment you need. I have been very sick for over 16 months and housebound needing oxygen and trying to get a protable concentrator out of this company took over 4 weeks and then they sent such a large unit, I am still housebound. Tell you insurance company to use any company but this one. THEY ARE THE WORST. NO STARS

Inefficient service poor customer skills .Been trying to get home health services started for 1 month now and they have not sent anyone ,I know for sure the doctor sent the referral and still nothing..in the meantime my mom keeps declining in her skills... Horrible!!! There is no follow up on calls or no one in charge ...they keep passing the ball ..

Univita sent a hospital bed to my 68 year old sister, who had a fractured hip, that was so old and uncomfortable that she was unable to stand it. When we requested another bed, we were told it was the only kind they had. The bars on lthe sides do not come down enough so that to get out of the bed she has to climb over them, which she cannot do because of her fractured hip! They finally sent over an inflated pad to put over the awful old mattress. We have had terrible response to our dr.s orders for home health as well. I cannot give these people even one star. I would give them a minus 4

Horrible customer service. Ordered a hospital bed with mattress for my 75 year old mother. Instead they sent a hospital bed with a 3 inch zippered mattress protector cover and 6 layers of fabric. Absolutely NO SUPPORT! So when my mother lays on the make shift mattress, she is actually laying on the steal metal coils thus leaving her with excrutiating back pain thus endangering her health. And it's riddiculously frustrasting trying to get someone in customer service to correct the problem! After a day of complaing to representatives, they send the same dam thing! So I Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND UNIVITA TO ANYONE:(
