Curtious, knowledgeable, prompt staff! They completely repaired my swimming pool that other pool companies didn't want to touch. Jim is a great guy who is fair and professional. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

If I learned 1 thing from using Jones Pool Sevice, it was don't go with the lowest price. In summer of '14 I had a liner measured, ordered and installed by Jones Pool Sevice. After opening the pool the this year I have tons of folds in my liner floor. I called multiple times and was told I would receive I call back for three weeks, I never received that call. Finally I was told he would come see the problem, he showed 5 days later without a call..of course I was not home. He put his card in my door and still never contacted me. Once they have your $$$ they are done with you, warranty work does not pay. They are very unprofessional! I would NEVER recommend to family or friends. BEWARE, if they don't get it right the first time, don't ever expect it to be right ever again.



I was happy with the install whenbit was complete. BUT I close the pool the same as it was closed for 30 years now. I know nothing about pools, liners, or water tables(the girl how answered the phone told me the water table must have rose and caused the folds, she diagnosed my problem from a chair 30 miles away, never happened for 30 years but this year with the new liner it happened) But if you avoid me for three weeks, then finally show up and then continue to avoid me, I can only assume you know it's your fault!
