Called on a Tuesday for an estimate for foam insulation. Nice guy and gave a fair price, told me the proposal would be given next day. Proposal never came. Had to call a few days later about it to remind them then next day proposal was sent. After which wanted to discuss the square footage for the insulation and was told I was going to get a call back within 2 days. Call never happened. So I called back again, was told I will hear back from him that night. No call yet again. So I called one more time and still nothing. Is easterns business doing so well they blow off other customers? Nice people in person but why waste over a week of time playing phone tag? I wouldn't suggest dealing with a company that is not reliable from the start. Better off not taking the risk with your home.

There is a huge disconnect between what the workers need to do thier jobs and what the salesman promises. The office would inform us that the workers would be here at 7 am three different days yet no one came and no phone calls. The friendly workers finally came to take out the old insulation only to find out they needed to leave.This left us without any insulation in January.They also had to borrow our things because they didn't have any needed for the job. One of the workers left out attic door open when they left us without any insulation. I come home to an icy house. Such a mickey mouse operation.

Neat, Clean, Punctual, Precise, just an overall great experience.

Very professional, honest, and fair. Did our insulation, gutters, garage doors, and waterproofing. Polite, professional crews and sales staff. A real pleasure to work with. They give contractors a good name.
