Apria sent a 5 page single spaced form asking me to sign them here and there. I am not going to read all those pages. When I called the local branch and was talking to a rep, closing hours kicked in and I was disconnected. Waay to go Apria. I am going to write management about this. And, oh yes. The letter to be was stuffed in a letter sized envelope with only first class postage. It weighed 1.9 ozs and the mailman asked for the balance. Furthermore, my address and the return address was hand-written, so the sender has to take responsibility for the postage. Again, waay to go Apria.
