Northland Hospice & Palliative Care is a nonprofit organization that provides a range of hospice care services to patients with life-limiting illnesses. It offers physical, emotional and spiritual support to individuals and families in Flagstaff, Williams, Winslow, Sedona, Munds Park and other cities in northern Arizona. The organization offers pain control and symptom management, personal and respite care, counseling and medical social services. Northland Hospice & Palliative Care also provides bereavement support services to people with terminal illnesses. It maintains a team of nurses, nursing assistants, counselors, chaplains and caregivers. The organization accepts insurance and Medicare reimbursement. Founded in 1983, Northland Hospice and Palliative Care is certified and licensed by the State of Arizona Department of Health Services. The organization is located in Flagstaff, Ariz.
