Board-certified, Diplomate, American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. O’Donnell specializes in family-centered medical care including pediatrics, women’s health and chronic disease management for all. Dr. O’Donnell joined Dr. Andrew at Flagstaff Family Care Clinic in 2008.

She served in the US Public Health Service with the Indian Health Service for 24 years in various jobs and locations, including Tuba City, AZ and Shiprock, NM and a 4 year tour teaching back at her medical school in Bethesda, MD.

She graduated with her undergraduate degree in nursing from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff in 2012. Nicole worked as an Emergency Department RN in Phoenix, Arizona and then as a travel nurse in Maryland, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and California serving suburban, urban, rural, and critical access communities. As a Nurse Practitioner, she has been working in rehabilitation medicine and primary care at a skilled nursing facility where she has gained experience in post-operative management and geriatric medicine.

He spent from 1996-2010 in various clinical and leadership positions in Arkansas including CEO of the Statewide Quality Organization and CMO in Northern Arizona Healthcare. Dr. Paslidis received his BA in Chemistry in 1981 and MD in 1988 from Ross University School of Medicine graduating as valedictorian. He went on to earn High Honors completing his PhD in Cell Biology from MD Anderson Cancer Center- University of Crete School of Medicine in Greece in 1991 and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Harvard University in 2006. He received Post Doctoral research training at Baylor College of Medicine, then Internal Medicine internship and residency at University of Texas Medical School- Houston. Went on to training in Gastroenterology at Harvard School of Medicine- Brigham and Women’s Hospital- Dana Farber Cancer Center. Elected as a Fellow of the American College of Physician in 2018.

As an undergraduate Keith attended U.C. Berkeley and studied International Political Economy. His passion for medicine arises from personal experiences caring for loved ones during his youth and integrates his desire to build meaningful relationships and uplift communities. Dr. Arnold treats patients across the lifespan from newborn to geriatrics. His areas of focus include: early childhood development, newborn, pediatrics, in-office procedures, preventative care, mental health and substance abuse treatment. He believes in partnering with patients to effectively manage chronic conditions and achieve mutual health goals. Janine Cwiklinski (pronounced “Quick-Lynn-Ski”) comes to us with over 20-years of behavioral health experience. She is originally from Philadelphia and has called northern Arizona her home now for over ten years. Her educational background is varied studying liberal arts, creative arts therapy, a variety of body psychotherapy modalities, and counseling psychology. Janine has worked with a variety of people across their life span and enjoys supporting others in finding solutions to their challenges. Creating wellness and restoring a sense of balance has been a professional passion that she looks forward to sharing with our patients.

He attended Minnesota State University in Mankato where he earned his undergraduate degree in Human Biology with Minors in Chemistry and Political Science. After his undergraduate education, Dr. Taylor attended medical school at A.T. Still University where he received his Doctorate in Osteopathy. During his Family Medicine residency in Kingman, AZ, Dr. Taylor was recruited to join a dermatology team with the professionals at Mohave Skin and Cancer Clinic where he practiced and received special training for 5 years. Dr. Taylor believes in a cohesive, patient-centered, multidisciplinary clinical approach to offer the best medical care possible to his patients. On his free time, he enjoys running, playing racquetball, playing guitar, reading, writing, and spending time with his family.
