Seemed very friendly until they told me my vacuum would cost almost as much as what I paid originally. Then they proceeded to sell me a vacuum for more than twice what it sells for. I only found this out because the new vacuum did not work when I got it home and I was also able to look up the part I needed for old vacuum and it was inexpensive to order the part and fix. They did take the new vacuum back without batting an eyelash.

Typically does repair same day you bring it in. Relatively reasonable prices. My only complaint is I was told my vacuum couldn't be fixed, and was encouraged to purchase a vacuum they had in stock for nearly double its value.
