I broke a tooth late one evening and need to see someone fast. I called True North Dentistry the next morning and was asked if I had insurance and told them that I did. They took my took dental insurance information when I arrived, quoted me an amount for the service and told me they would file my insurance and I would get approximately $800 back from my carrier (overall bill was $1817.35). Again, I was in pain so I agreed, had the work done, and paid them upfront. Weeks later I got a check from my insurance company for less than half of what True North Dentistry quoted to me. I called them to let them know how far off they were and was only told they were sorry. I feel that True North Dentistry misrepresented themselves to me at a time when I was in a lot of pain. Be careful before booking an appointment here. Beautiful office though, guess I know where the extra $400 went.

Dr. Shannon was very kind and gentle, he developed a logical plan to fix my problems and was very easy to work with.
