Hillcrest Nursing Center offers a range of medical services, including short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care. It has a professional staff of medical specialists, nurses, therapists, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers. The center accommodates more than 95 residents and offers complex wound care, long-term care, nutritional counseling and rehabilitation services. Hillcrest Nursing Center also offers on-site dental, optometry, podiatry and mobile X-ray services. In addition, it provides services for home therapy assessment, counseling for Alzheimer s disease, evening assistance, spiritual support and moving coordination. The health care center offers a variety of recreational events designed to encourage socialization and meet the spiritual needs of residents, such as games, exercise programs, social get-togethers, learning activities, spiritual opportunities, special events and pet visits.
