A wealth of knowledge, we are so glad we chose Chris McNamara. We used him three times. The first home that we were going to purchase, he found a structural problem and extensive termite damage. The second home had an under ground oil tank that he detected and had not been known or disclosed. On to our third inspection, three times was a charm. We bought this home a couple months ago and everything that he mentioned about this home was accurate. He is good at what he does. I strongly recommend his services, he is thorough.
