Employment Training Program is designed to give students with disabilities and disadvantages the opportunity to explore career options. It offers hands-on teaching and career counseling to provide students with experiences that can enhance their job placement. It is operated by the Valley Vocational-Technical Center, an integral part of the public school systems of Augusta County, Staunton and Waynesboro in Virginia. It provides an extension of curricula for various feeder high schools of Buffalo Gap, Fort Defiance, Riverheads, Robert E. Lee, Stuarts Draft, Waynesboro and Wilson Memorial in Virginia. The center offers high school students with vocational training to provide them with the basic skills, knowledge and techniques of their chosen careers. Valley Vocational-Technical Center is located in Fishersville, Va., and was founded in 1947.
