If your medical condition is a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 to have the rescue squad transport you to the Emergency Room.

  Dr. Hoover received his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the same institution. Dr. Hoover is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Hoover has two grown children and resides in Waynesboro with his wife. His outside interests include tennis, winter sports, travel and gardening.
