Provided by YPmobileDon't have your car serviced here! Last week I brought my Outlook in for a "Lift gate stabilizer recall", a simple GM issued factory defect repair. When I left, after the repair was done and a "free" multi-point inspection was performed that revealed no problems, the car would barely start, it ran rough, the engine light came on, the "service stabilitrack" and "service traction control" lights came on, and the engine temperature started climbing.
The coolant reservoir was empty and after filling it and returning to the dealer, it was finally determined, after the 3rd re-visit, that a small plug had come off a vacuum line and I had a $120.00 bill for repairs. Funny that the car was starting and running perfectly before I took it in.
This is not a lot of money, but if this is the typical mode of operation for their service department, I'm done with them.
