  I have worked with Ertel and Company for over five years now.  We have received excellent service from every member of the staff in all areas.  They provide quality service in the areas of health care negotiations with our carrier, setting up new vendors (a new vendor for our life insurance, long-term disability and EAP program) and Health Care screenings.  I can call my contact and she is extremely knowledge and skilled in answering all questions.  She is always willing to investigate if she does not know the answer and gets back to us in a very timely manner.  If she is not available another member of the staff is always willing to step in and provide excellent customer service to us.  The health screening staff provides very friendly and caring advice to our employees twice a year which includes the availability of flu and tetanus shots.  They are truly helping us to keep our employees healthy and knowledgeable about their health.  Ertel and Company is truly a partner of FCN Bank as we navigate the ever-changing health care/insurance  world of today.
