The Shelly Companies has a Findlay divisional facility in Findlay, Ohio. Comprised of 17 modern asphalt plants and 12 sand, gravel and limestone facilities, Shelly Findlay s capabilities include the production of more than 2 million tons of asphalt. The division is a supplier to other contractors that pave roads in the region. The Shelly Companies, headquartered in Thornville, Ohio, is a subsidiary of Oldcastle Materials. It also has divisional operations in Twinsburg and Columbus, Ohio, and is the parent company to Smith Concrete and All Ohio Ready Mix. Charles J. Shelly founded the company in 1938.
