I didn't do the hiring for HATS but I was one of the passengers for an event. The problem... two buses were used to transport people to an event. When the event was over, only one bus was there. Myself along with eight other people had to wait outside in the cold until the bus came back, which was about 45 minutes. Also there was too much confusion on the paperwork, which delayed us longer. There should be a better procedure in their paperwork so passengers don't have to wait needlessly, especially with children involved.
