He had horrible bedside manner. Nurses and other staff are very mean and disrespectful. They treat you like a number and the more people they can see in one day more money in their pockets. They throw papers at you instead of taking the time to actually talk with you like a human being.Daughter had a very bad vax reaction. They never gave me the vax sheet they are required to do and they tried to give it to her without my consent. Ritz saw her and said she had a reaction. He then refused to report the reaction!!

They treat you a number. Try to rush you in and out, throw papers at you instead of actually talking with you, no eye contact. Nurses rush you as well and if you ask questions they look annoyed and offended. Then they can't even answer the questions. Tried to give my daughter a vax without even telling me first what it was and forgot to give me the warning paper. Daughter had vax reaction and a temp so high that could have caused brain damage and Dr. Ritz blew it off as nothing. He was highly annoyed I called after hours and even more annoyed to have to see her on a weekend. He admitted it was a vax reaction then refused to report it. I would never again feel comfortable with these ped's. Look elsewhere.
