City of Fillmore Fire Department offers fire prevention services to its residents. The department is located in Fillmore, Calif., and provides various disaster planning techniques to prepare the individuals against natural disasters, such as adverse weather conditions, fires, earthquakes and floods. It offers various services, such as assistance in abatement of dangerous buildings, disposal of waste and combustible materials, aid persons in animals in distress and danger, and compensation services for the firemen and policemen for injury performing fire duties. It also provides first responder paramedic and life support services, pre-hospital care and ambulance services. Its paramedic apparatus is equipped with advanced medical equipment and provides a variety of care services, including defibrillation, advanced airway management and medication administration. City of Fillmore Fire Department provides community emergency response team program training, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation and emergency cardiovascular care training through the heartsaver first aid course.
