The woman at the Fife Customer counter was extremely helpful in locating my package. There were no issues! I am glad they were able to locate my package!

Had extreme difficulty with my delivery. I was not home for the 1st try and the driver marked he would retry between 2-5pm the following day. I took 2 hours off work to get home before 2pm and the driver had already tried to deliver at 1:21pm. Upon calling I just got the I,m sorry we will hold your package for pick up. No I paid 15.00 for delivery fee. Please tell the driver to redeliver the package. They quickly replied they couldn't do that. I did my part and was there according tto the drivers specifications and they didn't keep their end. I told them to return the part and I would contact that company again for the same part and to NOT us UPS for my order. I'll take snail mail.

TIP dont go to FIFE.... I tried to write my review but I could not acess it. I Guess they do not want reviews. And my 2nd guess is it is because they do not likely want a review becayse their customer service is rock bottom negative 1000. After calling UPS yesterday because my package was not delivered 2x, I was told it was at the Fife location, given the address and business hours. I was told I could pick it up today. I went into the Fife UPS office and tried to give my tracking # to the unfriendly woman and she rudely said "I don't need it, I just need your drivers license". I complied and saI'd oh ok, here it is. She was never polite then said whats your zipcode. I gave it to her. She said "we don't serve Puyallip and never have. You need to go to another location down the road. I again tried to tell her the UPS person I spoke wi th yesterday said my package is here. She said no we don't serve puyallup then tried to have me go to another location that was not open until 5 pm. I let her know I cannot go there and need my package reshipped. She then said I cannot help you here you have to call this number and have your package reshipped and they will charge uou $5. I tried to again ask about the tracking number. She clearly did not want to help me. She said you need to talk to a manager and I don't know what your package problem is but I can't help you. Well that had become abundantly clear. SO TIP is avoid this UPS center if at all possible. I called the number she gave me and the very nice man told me he was sorry and that my package was at the fife location I just left but by this time I was in rush hour traffic. I explained to him I was just there and I was told it was not there He said it shows it is there and he did not know why she could not find it but will have it reshipped to me. So we shall see if UPS is successful for the 3rd time, 4th if we count today's failed attempt for me to physically puck it up myself. -from- Frustrated in Fife!!!!!!!!
