(c)I of course called her on her personal cell phone number(which she had provided to us at the beginning of seeing her) and tried to find out what was going on. Janet then proceeded to tell me that she felt like we were using her as an excuse to go back to work and that there was nothing she can do to help us. Not once did she try to reach out and talk to my wife or myself to discuss this. We tried numerous times to set up appointments that were always rescheduled by her office due to one reason or another. On top of that we are not the most financially stable so weekly or bi-weekly visits put a strain on our finances. The sheer uncaring nature and unwillingness to help someone who is genuinely trying to deal with issues they don't know how to handle just appalls me to no end. I feel like Janet has no right to practice her profession if this is how she treats her patients.

Initially when we went to go see Janet she was very understanding. Wanted to help or so it seemed. My wife has had issues that she needed to get addressed with her and at first it was relatively a good experience... but that changed quickly. Battling with a multitude of things we expected Janet to assist with getting her on the right track and being able to cope with some of the issues she has been dealing with. An emergency came up and we had an appointment set with her for Tuesday the following week. Suddenly she was mysteriously out of town at the time at conferences and was told that she didn't want my wife to go back to work until she had been seen by Janet again. Allegedly she had informed her staff to inform us to state that my wife would not need to be seen again to return to work. Fast forwarding a week later(today) we get a call from the office stating that Janet is discharging her. We were given no reason or indication to why. (c)
