This is such a great place. The people who own and run the place are so nice and friendly. The meals come with naan and rice and soup and everything is delicious. I recommend this place highly.

There aren't many Indian restaurants in this area outside of Canada. In fact, there are only two worth mentioning. One is in Bellingham, and the other is the Curry House in Ferndale. The Curry House is more expensive, and perhaps just a bit overpriced. The atmosphere is just a bit lacking too, perhaps a work in progress. Even so, the food is absolutely outstanding, more than making up for either of these shortcomings.The service is exceptionally friendly and personal. You can't help but love the owners. They genuinely seem to care if you liked the food and if you are satisfied. They are also quick to just stop and chat too. It is usually pretty quiet, so this casual and friendly service gives it a feeling of home - only the food is much better!Our family eats out regularly, and this has become our new favorite.
