Called said they be there in 2 hour it took 8 if your haveing probles don't call them

Extremely late with several excuses, when they finally did arrive they were very unprofessional and over charged me by $100.00. This was not the original priced quoted. I then called around to get prices from other septic company's and discovered that Baker was way higher than all the other company's I called. I do not recommend this company at all.

Ask for Craig for your pumping He was very nice,honest respectful,and he knew what he was doing. I've been on a septic system for years and Craig taught me more in 10 min.then I known in 25yrs on this system. Thank you Craig for your help and service. I will be calling him again...I hope he still works there...

We highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!!! Please, do yourself a favor and interview other companies first! The first time they were supposed to come to the house and perform an inspection, they called the same day, about and hour before they were supposed to be here, with a "family emergency." We resecheduled. Then, we scheduled the work to be done today, and they called 30 minutes before they were supposed to be here with the same excuse, a family emergency. That is too much of a coincidence for us. Now, they will charge us for the inspection and fail our system...they are not honest, timely, or reputable. Trust us, go somewhere else!

I would not recommend this business. They gave me a quote and then charged me almost double. In my opinion they are very dishonest.
