Fernandina Beach High School, a subsidiary of Nassau County Schools, provides educational programs to students from grades nine through 12. The school offers a variety of academic programs, such as English, mathematics, social science, sciences and physical education. It also provides classes in foreign languages, such as French, German and Spanish. Fernandina Beach High School offers a variety of extracurricular activities such as mighty marching pirates band, symphonic and jazz bands and student government. The school offers various clubs, such as arts club, performing arts club and green club. Located in Fernandina Beach, Fla., the school offers a media center that consists of more than 40 magazine subscriptions; local and area newspapers; over 15,000 books and professional journals.
