Uthoff Valley Elementary is a learning center that is governed by the Rockwood School District, which serves more than 22,000 students through various elementary, middle and high schools. The school educates over 480 students in kindergarten through grade five. It provides general academic and Drug Abuse Resistance Education programs. Uthoff Valley Elementary offers a range of extracurricular activities that includes art, music, strings, orchestra and physical education classes. The school operates a parent-teacher organization that raises funds to support the purchases of educational equipment. Its library and media center provides an accelerated reader program and features a variety of reference books. The school additionally organizes several musical concerts and social events.
