I hate to give this place even one star. I cannot say enough negative things about my experience. Let's see, they provided a sample of the stone that was not the same stone I selected. Customer service was terrible. The glue they used to install is potent and I had to move out of my house for days because I'm pregnant and can't smell those fumes. They did not warm me of that and now I have to rip out the stone, find and replace with something different. Worst experience in any home rennovation I've ever done.

We just had our outdoor grill installed by Hallmark Stone and WOW does it look great! Steve did a great template and Brad installed it perfectly! Could not recommend more!

Extradinary experience!

Hallmark was professional from start to finish. The templater Steve was great (very careful) and Pat, the installer), was awesome - he always is. I would never use anyone else - in fact the whole house has Hallmark Stone tops.

I went through Modern Kitchens and Baths in Ballwin (also amazing to deal with!) and they referred us to Hallmark Stone. My granite countertops are beautiful and they are always (cheerfully) available to stop by to buff out any chips that may develop. I would highly recommend them to install your countertops. They are a pleasure to work with!

1inch gap at wall on end side of cabinet, chip at back of granite that can be seen even with backslash on, and the seams look unprofessional.

Hallmark Stone installed our granite countertops and sink. There was inconsistency join the overhang, gaps at the walls, seams were not professionally done, they chipped a corner of the backsplash and stuck a rolled up piece of epoxy which they colored black with a market as a fix, a couple of weeks after the install, our sink fell off the counter. These are the major issues, in addition this company is unresponsive, unprofessional, unorganized and provides poor workmanship. We would never recommend Hallmark Stone!!

hallmark did my kitchen about 4 years ago and i had a huge island and they did it in one piece. seema looked great installers very professional and easy to talk to. I would recommend that everyone give them a call, price was very competitive.Chris in Eureka

We ordered our granite from a major store and they messed up our order, Hallmark stepped in and went out of their way to correct the store's mistake!! Their quality and workmanship is amazing!! They had my granite installed in less than a week during the holiday season!
