We don't have rows of treadmills here, you won't find yourself taking the same class over and over again, and you certainly won't get lost in the crowd. You will find a true MMA school that was founded by Steve Berger and his wife, Carly. Steve is a pioneer of the sport who has been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 1996 and had his first pro MMA fight in 1998. Our prices are competitive, our training is top of the line and our facility is easily accessed from every point in the city. We offer training for all walks of life. If you want to participate in cardio kickboxing, yoga or boxing, we have it. If you want to train like a fighter, train to be a fighter, learn self defense, boxing, muay thai, jiu jitsu and wrestling, we have that too. Our facility attracts people from all over whether you are a businessman or woman, parent, student, aspiring fighter, martial arts veteran or a child, you will find your spot here. We serve people with all levels of experience and fitness that have the same desire: to work out, reach goals and see results. We understand the importance of family, which is why we also offer a free child care service that most boxing and MMA gyms do not provide.
