I had some major issues with my new windshield they put in. I have tried everything to get them to come out and fix it. They have gives me an excuse every day for the last two weeks. The promise to be out the very next day and never show. Donna has been one of the rudest passive aggressive employee's I have ever delt with. I have requested to speak with the owner several times and he will not return my call. I have been told he is a busy man. He gets off work at 5 and there isn't time to call me. I am an unhappy customer with a broken windshield and he can't call me. Really?? This is the worst company I have had the "pleasure" to deal with.

When I called and spoke with Donna she was extremely kind, helpful, and flexible to my schedule. The gentlemen who replaced my windshield was fast and did a great job. I received a quality (not aftermarket) windshield for a great price and they came to me.

I have had several windshields replaced by Imperial Glass and the service and workmanship has been excellent. The next time I need a windshield these are the guys I will be calling!!I would highly recommend then to anyone that is in the need of auto glass
